Items purchased by INDIVIDUALS, LIBRARIES, LANGUAGE INSTITUTES, CORPORATIONS, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS are generally non-returnable.
IBIS will accept overstock returns from college bookstores.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item is received damaged, please keep all packing materials and notify IBIS immediately at 800-277-4247. The item will be discounted, credited or replaced after reviewing each case with the customer.
IMPORTANT: When reporting a damaged book, please distinguish between a book damaged in shipping versus a damaged book that was inadvertently shipped from our warehouse.
Please contact us before returning a defective or damaged item, since we may be able to issue credit without having the item returned to us.
